Corolla 2012 engine oil level is dropping?

My car is a Toyota Corolla, model 2012, imported in 2014, and registered in 2016. Ive been using it for about three years and always keep up with regular oil changes and tune-ups. About two weeks ago, I had a tune-up done, and the mechanic said the engine oil was low, so they replaced it with fresh oil.

Now, just two weeks later, the oil level is ping again, and the car has driven around 1458 kilometers since then.

Can anyone offer some advice on what I should do? If I get the engine rebuilt, will that fix the problem?

Stick to 0W-20 engine oil. Hybrids don’t need tuning because the engine works with MG generators. Just keep up with oil, filter, and coolant changes. For a 12-year-old hybrid with unknown mileage, it’s normal to use 1000 ml of oil every 2000 km.
