Corolla Problem.. Urgent help needed (panicslayer)

My frnd has 1998 1.6GLi corolla (Indus Shape)...... the problem is very strange. It heats up with AC.... Radiator is fine, fan is fine, Head gasket is fine. Last night when he told me abt this problem, i asked, when did u check radiator water and engine oil for the last time... He literally didn't remember abt the radiator coolant check, may b 3 months ago, he might checked it (doubt ) So i checked and amazingly i didn't have to add even a single drop as it was full as u just filled it.... and engine oil has done 5000Kms was still in good shape and size

Plz suggest, what the problem could be then?

check the relay of the 2nd fan ( the a/c one), check thermostat valve,

if it only heats up with the a/c and dosent seem to have a gasket problem then probrably is a fan issue
or that the radiator isnt upto the mark, cooling wise.
