Corolla SE Saloon/Xli - Expert's Opinion Required

Dear All,
I am looking forward to upgrade my vehicle. there are 2 options in my sight which are as follows

1 - Toyota Corolla SE Saloon, 2004 Model ,White, 90,000km driven, First Owner, Owned in my family, car is in immaculate condition, Alloys installed.

2 - Toyota Corolla Xli, 2006 December model, White, 92000km driven, First Owner, owned by a collegue, car has touchups/one door painted, Total Stock.

Both persons are demanding almost the same price i.e. around Rs.850,000. I am more inclined towards SE Saloon as it has more options than Xli. But few points are bugging me. I need your help to get through this. Issues are as follows.

1 - Mileage: Average mileage of both cars in one CNG cylinder? AC/Without AC? Please share your least mileages as well.

2 - Maintainance Charges.

3 - Possible harms, as the vehicles have done 90,000km on clock?

4 - Annual Tokens?

5 - Performance on CNG?

Another factor which i am unable to understand is that why SE Saloon has less resale?

Please share your experiences and give suggestions to get through this purchase process.
