Yes — this is a common and overlooked issue. A dirty filter causes:

Reduced airflow, even if the air is cold at the evaporator

Weak vent pressure, especially at low blower speeds
In cities with dust and smog Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi, filters should be cleaned o r replaced every 6,000–10,000 km.
