Could the turbocharger in the Oshan X7 be causing higher oil consumption?

Since the Oshan X7 comes with a 1.5L turbo engine, could the turbo system itself be using o r burning more oil over time? Are there signs of turbo-related oil loss I should watch out for?

Yes, turbochargers can increase oil consumption if they develop faults:

Worn turbo seals can leak oil into the intake o r exhaust, causing burning and smoke.

High-speed spinning parts need constant oil supply any blockage o r degradation in oil lines to the turbo affects oil usage.

Overboost o r poor tuning may put extra strain on turbo seals, increasing oil consumption.

Signs to watch:

Blue smoke on acceleration.

Whining o r unusual noises from the turbo area.

Excessive oil smell from exhaust.

Regular servicing and checking turbo health is critical.
