Coure "GODDA" repair or replace??

Hello Xperts,

I have coure 2005 model and from last few days its making few noise from its left front wheel, got its checkup and he advised i will repair it if repairable in Rs.350 and will replace with new solid one within Rs.1300.

My inquery should i change it or should i replace it with new one? which is best solution ?

Look forward for suggestions.
