Crankshaft Bolt Removal Tips needed

Crankshaft Bolt Removal Tips needed

hi guys, i need a little help from the experts. U see there happens to be a bolt called "the crankshaft bolt" that holds the crankshaft pulley in. and its probably one of the most tightly held bolt in a car (@ ~125Nm!!) So, first of all, i need a semi-professional way to stop the free rotation in the pulley (the professional method being blocking the flywheel first) because right now i'm fairing with a solid steel wrench shoved in the powersteering pulley spokes and its quite much keeping the pulley from rotating freely. Secondly, the crankshaft bolt is toooooooo tight to open, i mean, i've even tried stepping on the wrench but to no luck :-(

A little help will be very much appreciated :-)
