Cultus carby recommended spark plugs ?

i would like to ask what is the recommended plugs for cultus and what should be the gap set both on cng and petrol and after how many kilometers they need to change, please share your experience and state what plugs u find best milleage wise and pick up wise please state the brand and model number fully so it will be easy for cultus owners to note the whole thing down thanks in advance .

i always use NGK on my cultus. the recommended ones are either Denso or NGK. I don't remember the ccode for denso ones it was i think w20 something.
The code for NGK ones is BP6ES i guess. they cost 100 each and i replace them usually between 20-30k kms depending upon condition.
