Cultus gear overhaulting estimate karachi

hey every one ,

i am wondering how much gear overhaulting will cost me as my mechanic believe it needs over haulting few days earlier i spotted a vibration noise coming from outside when i open the bonut it was very clear and it always comes when the car is in idle state no matter if the car is in cng or petrol different mechanics had different opinions some say its a thus bearing some say its to do with any bearing which is loose but mostly believe its my gear box now amazing thing is my gear is very smooth and i had no noise when i use if from inside its smooth as new infact the most smoothest gear i had ever now i am confuse but mechanic says i have to solve this problem otherwise it will damage the clutch plates aswell now please give me expert opinions whether it is necessary to change this or should i just avoid this noise as some mechanic says well live with it when u have money than over hault the gear box please keep me posted what ever the best possible solutions are and how much it will roughly cost me and any good gear mechanic in karachi if i go for over haulting the gear box thanks in advance .
