Cultus VXRi, When to change plugs?

I want to know that when car plugs should be changed.
in manual it says after every 10,000 km.
my car has done 35000 km so for, but i did'nt yet change plugs as i never face any problem in starting the car whatever the atmosphere is. so do i have to change it now or when?
tuning done after 8000 to 10,000 km every time.

If it's working well, don't sweat it. But keep a close eye on indicators that might represent an upcoming failure.
