Daewoo Racer A/C

Salam,

Please share your ideas with me, how to replace daewoo racer A/C with normal Senden A/C. The original air compressor has a five pin connector, however Senden air compressor A/C use only one wire for connection. OR
any suggestions in this regard.

The daewoo Racers A/C is unique however if u intend to replace it with a Sanden compressor u will need to have a new base fabricated and installed. Y do u want to replace the compressor in the 1st place? If it is malfunctioning get it overhauled. There is a Daewoo workshop in Rawalpindi opposite Rahat Bakery who will do it for around Rs 3000/-. My Daewoo's compressor had leaky seals and no oil so i took it to that guy & he overhauled the unit. Worked fine after that. However he will probably tell u to change the 'pulley' but don't get that done as your old one will probably be fine. Just change the belts and get the system checked for leaks. Plus you should also get the internal dashboard controls checked if they are funtioning or not. If u want more info i'll be glad to supply u with it. Lotsa luck.
