Dash board/Steering Vibration with AC

Facing a problem with 2005 Civic Exi...

Car dash/steering vibrates when AC is turned on while idle .
RPM remain around 750-800 with AC on or off..

Sometimes same problem happens while accelerating in 1st or 2nd gear running on both Petrol or CNG.

What is the best solution;
General Tuning by Honda Dealer
or
CNG kit service and tuning

Dear its nothing problem with ur tunning or cng tunning. consult with an ac technician and ask him to check out its AC vacuum switch. this switch increases the rpm of the car when ac is switched on. if it malfunctions or any adjustment is required then this problem appears.
