Deactivating fuel-cutter...?

Deactivating fuel-cutter...?

i have 05 civic vti oriel prosmatec.
the car doesnt go beyond 170 as the fuel cutter is activated.

is there any way like deactivating it?

i think the limiters are set at 180km/h not 170....btw its very dangerous to go beyound 170...cars made in pak cn achieve high speeds but their handeling and braking at high speeds decreases by alot of margin...be careful pal
