Decent Sound System?

This is the first time in my life that m wanting to install a good system in my car (Corolla `95). I don't want to change the deck since it's the original Japanese one (I got my car straight from Japan) but unfortunately, the speakers have worn out. A friend of mine used to tell me about Kenwood and i saw the quality in another friends alongwith an amplifier. decent and impressive. my car currently has the two installed in the front doors. I went to this Sound Vision fellow in Blue Area who suggested me to drop the idea of adding two speakers at the back plus the amplifier. he offered a pair for Rs. 2000 for Kenwood since my that's my first and perhaps only choice. My question to you now is, what do i do? And from where? Expense? please keep in mind that m a simple person. it's just that i feel like hearing music better than normal at times, not blaring to show off.
