Designing a small car... tec help needed

Hi guys, I am trying to put things together to design a small car something like the below picture. i have already arranged a 2 cylnder air cooled motor with 3 speed rear drive transmission. I was thinking to buy a wrkecked down suzuki pick up (1976 -79 model)for the chasis, and suspension parts... am i thinking on the right track? please suggest

Laudable venture indeed. Wish we had more of the like you Razak.

Wish i could be there to help you buil it. Just a couple of questions though.
1) What kind of a Setup are you aiming for, FR, MR or RR.

2) Seating arangment. 1,2 4.
3) Are you planning to use donor suspension or fabricate your own.

4)Is it going to be an open layout or do you plan a coverd cabin.

5)Do you plan to modify an existing body to fit the reworked chassis or desgin an original.
6)Whats the motor you're using
7) Bugeting constraints

and so forth.

There's lots to offer. If you could be a bit more specific.
