Diagnose the problem

Hi guys.
My civic 95 rpm drops below 1 on cng, when i drive in 1st gear or press half clutch , u know on signals etc. Why the rpm is dropping.? Although the car runs smooth on high sppeds and everything is normal on petrol. What could be the problem. I have incresed the cng compression level by the mechanic, but still the problem persist.

does it increases then decreases or its like same below 1000 on CNG...like its remains on same RPM when on CNG or keep droping then increasing....if it remain same...there nothing wrong.....if u feel that its decreases much..increase them....but it will increase a bit on petrol also......thats not a prob............!
if its increase sthen decreases.........there must be some improper mixture or air suction problem from intake....!!
