there is a little rectangular box in my 1.6gli engine on which diagnosis is written what is it meant for

Samar - on 13 Jul 2010 12:38:36 pmExactly for what it says on the box. Open terminal and short terminals E1 - TE1 and turn ignition to "on'.. Check amber "MIL/CEL' light for fault codes. Different comination of terminals will report fault on various items such as fuel pump, ECT (if euqipped) and other diagnostic information.
