Diesel Autos in Pakistan

We have autos assembled in Pakistan, manufactured in Pakistan and now designed in Pakistan. When is anyone going to come up a diesel automobile manufactured in Pakistan? Consumers have been converting Petrol cars in to CNG for a long time, are there any cars that are offered with CNG as factory option? Are there any dual fuel cars? Many years ago I saw a few Lada (Russian) cars that were dual fuel. It allowed you to switch between Petrol and Propane just with a switch.
