Difficuilty in starting the car in morning.

I recently acquired a 2000 Diahatsu Cuore with CNG installed. Overall it is fine but it is really hard to start the car in the morning. I have to push the accelerator like 10 times and self over 3-4 times that it finally starts. At first I thought it was because of the old battery so I got it changed but it still won't start.
So what do you guys thinks. Why does it do that? Is this the norm with old cars? or is there some thing I am missing. And by the way it gives problems starting only in the morning after that it works just fine. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Try with the following technique, if no success, reply me back to tell u futher tips.......

Switch on and wait till your gas/petrol selector switch makes a tik sound (its called primer) then try to start without giving accellrator as its not on petrol no need pumping, if not start.....second time turn on switch, wait for tik sound and try to start with half accellrator.
