Dim lights of Honda Civic 95

Honda Civic 1995, its lights are very dim, cant even see the speed brakers ahead. Please advise.

this was the problem with me too. nstaled a relay. the problem is basically that over the period of time the internal resistence of the wires increase and therefore they dont get their required input. new wires are conected from th battery and a relay compeletes the circuit which is controled by the older wires.
btw the chrome ans glass can be faulty
