Do i need to add coolant all the way in the radiator o r just in the coolant box for vitz 2014

Hello friends
I have just purchased Toyota Vitz 2014 model and I am new to driving it. The car itself has no issue and working properly but I checked that the radiator of the car has rusty water but not som too much rusty and the coolant box of the car is more than the minimum mark. Kindly tell me that Should I just fill up the coolant box the should wash it? Also should I need to add coolant to the radiator as well after flushing it and cleaning it properly, o r just fill the radiator with water and the coolant box with coolant? Your suggestions and guidance will very helpful for me to fix the problem. Also suggest me the best coolant should I have and according to me the coolant from Toyota will be best. Also tell me about an experienced mechanic near Johar Town, Lahore. Thanks all.

Rust in your coolant is due to Water in Radiator.
Dont take a risk, get your Radiator and Reservoir clean, and if possible get Water Body clean, chances of rust particles leftover in it, and then add New Reputable Coolant which is either pre-mixed o r Coolant with 50% water and 50% coolant mix.
