Local petrol often contains impurities that can shorten spark plug life. Are MG HS owners replacing plugs more often than what the company recommends?

Yes. Local petrol often has manganese and other additives that leave deposits on spark plugs. As a result, MG HS owners in Pakistan often replace plugs earlier than the company’s recommended interval, sometimes even at 15,000–20,000 km instead of 40,000+ km.
