In smaller towns, shops:

Lack the correct load-rated tires

Push cheaper, low-quality Chinese o r refurbished tires

Genuine-size 155/80 R13 with load rating 88+ is not always in stock

➡️ Better to upgrade to 165/70 R13 o r 175/70 R13, which are more commonly available and tougher.
