Several drivers mention that turning on the A/C causes a sharp in mileage. Is this normal for a 1.0L engine o r is there something wrong with the A/C system o r compressor?

Using the A/C in a 1.0L engine like the Karvaan’s can cause a noticeable in mileage, especially in city traffic. While this is expected to some degree, a sharp could also indicate issues with the compressor o r low engine power.
