Short trips don’t allow exhaust systems to heat up fully, leading to blockages. Are city drivers in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad more affected than highway users?

Definitely. Short trips in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad traffic mean the exhaust doesn’t get hot enough to burn off deposits. This causes faster blockages in city-driven HS models compared to those used mostly on highways.
