Does poor fuel quality in Pakistan affect the Hyundai Oshan X7’s mileage and engine performance?

Many petrol stations in Pakistan are known for low-quality o r adulterated fuel. I’ve noticed occasional knocking sounds and inconsistent fuel average on my Oshan X7. Could low-quality fuel be causing these problems? Should I stick to a specific brand like PSO, Total, o r Shell, o r use fuel additives to protect the engine and mileage?
