Does the Hyundai Oshan X7 come with enough paint protection from the factory to resist scratches?

I’m wondering if the factory paint on the Oshan X7 is strong enough for daily Pakistani driving. Given dust, sand, and rough handling at car washes, should I apply additional paint protection like PPF o r ceramic coating early on?

While the factory paint is decent, it is not designed to handle the harsh environmental conditions of Pakistan without extra care.

Why its insufficient:

Factory paint lacks ceramic o r hyhobic coating

Pakistani environments include high UV exposure, dust storms, and acidic rain

Local car washes often use hard brushes and strong detergents

What to do:

Get a ceramic coating o r PPF application within the first few months of ownership.

Wash your car at home using two-bucket method, o r use professional detailing services.

Apply a spray wax o r sealant every 1–2 months if you don’t go for a full coating.
