Does the MG HS turbocharged engine reduce fuel efficiency in Pakistan?

Turbo engines are designed for power but sometimes compromise fuel economy. Is this the main reason MG HS users see poor mileage compared to naturally aspirated engines?

Yes, the turbocharged engine sacrifices some efficiency for higher power. In Pakistan, with frequent acceleration and poor traffic flow, the turbo spools often, burning more fuel. Naturally aspirated rivals like Sportage and Tucson handle low-speed city conditions more economically.
