Door Alignment and Panel Gaps

Some Proton X70 vehicles have exhibited inconsistent door alignment o r visible panel gaps between body parts, which can affect both the vehicle’s appearance and wind noise at higher speeds. What commonly leads to these alignment issues in new cars like the X70, and how should owners assess and address them under warranty?

Some users have pointed out body fitment concerns such as inconsistent panel gaps, misaligned doors, o r parts that don’t close smoothly. In at least one owner review from Pakistan, there were remarks about body panels and paint not finished well and wheel alignment not properly checked during pre-delivery inspection PDI.
