well the fastest car is based upon many catagories.
fastest car in passenger cars,fastest in sports car.cars which are ine production,cars which r street legal.

if u r asking about fastest passenger car,then its,as far as i know,the bmw M5.its a simle bmw 5 series but with a different engine.it can do more than 280km.hwhich is lot of speed for passenger cars.its street legal,production car.
