ECU Remapping

Is there anyone in Pakistan remapping/recalibrating ECU's to give increased performance?

I tried to investigate the last time I was in Pakistan but could find no one that does it.

In Europe we can get some very good gains from Petrol engines and huge gains from Turbo Diesel engines.
