Emulator Function

Dear All,

Hope you all will be with good health. I have Cultus 2006. I always have a complaint with my car i.e. its missing problem when running on CNG else running fine on petrol(no problem at all). I brought my car before EID to get tune up from my mechanic. He removed emulator from it and direct the jumper. Emulator is not working as mechanic said. I just want to know what is the function of it? Should I buy new one?

I need your valuable suggestions in this matter. Thanks

Emulator stops the fuel being sent to the injectors as soon as the car is converted to CNG. If Emulator does not work, it would not stop the fuel hence Petrol and Gas would be injected togather resulting in Missing..
