Engine block swap

i hav a 1.3 Lancer 1.6 2006 n im thinking to block my 1.3 I just need ny other changes cuz Everythings the same, but about one told me tht will always b oil leak prob tht is true or will there b any other damage to the engine

why dont u swap the whole engine? like 4G92 mivec or 4G93.....well i ve 1.6 lancer n i think u wont get more than like 10 to 15 hp to change the block, these engines r almost same only displacement is different
