Engine Check Light

Friends,
Can any one of you advise me that what could be the possible reason for ;
I Have recently installed CNG ( EFI ) in 2007/08 city after having it driven 6000 kms. After the conversion and having it drove for almost 30 kms, the engine check light switched on at its own accord. Once i switch off the car and restarted the car it disappeared but came on again after 10 - 15 mins and to my amazement yesterday for whole day it never appeared but today it again the same prob .

my friend have 2006/07 city n he install cng in it abt 2 months a go n he is having a same prb since 1 month he send his car at honda workshop they said dat in city is not good in cng n this is a defect in every city 06/07 have this prb when u install cng in it so can any expert plz let us knw what should we do thanx
