'Engine Check' light ON & Fuel mixture - 4EFE

Dear experts,

I have 2 engine problems.

1. The check light will turn on when revved to high rpm in all gears.
However in idle, it does not even at the highest RPMs.

2. The concentration of fumes of petrol in the exhaust is high, can easily be told by the odour. Because of this, the fuel average is very low.
No water vapour visible in the exhaust, after a cold start. Another hint to an improper fuel mixture.

What can be done to fix these issues?

Hello!!
Well Check It By Putting ECU Into Diagnosis Mode By Shorting Two Points From Diagnosis Box Located Inside Engine Room....!!
TE1 And E1 Mostly For TOYOTA's.....!! Short Then And Put Car On IGN And See Check Light.....!! DOn't Start Engine...!!

Now U Have To Read Codes From Now....Check Light Blinks Indicating Codes Like This

For eg If Code Is 42.....It 1st Blinks 4 times..And Then After Some Sec Interval It Blinks 2 Times......Then If Its One Code..It Repeats Again....! Or If There Are Others...It Goes Like This And Repeat AGain...!!
If There's No Code....Check Light Blinks Continous Without Any Gap

My Wild Guesses Are Its Either TPS or 02....!!
