Engine degreasers?

hi can any1 tell me what engine degreasers are?what is the main function?do they help in anyway?and which is the best brand when it comes to purchasing an engine degreaser?

i think you are reffering to the stuff used to clean the oitside of the engine, main function is to remove grease from the engine (has some function but is more for fashion).

i never use the stuff, i'd rather just pay to get my whole car cleaned by a professional (abroad these things are easy to use and cheap but in PK labour is cheaper)
