Engine hesitates when I press the accelerator

Engine hesitates when I press the accelerator

I have a 7AFE installed in my car and it has started hesitating and bogging down when I press the acccelerator. Result is no acceleration and a heavy sound. It however does respond on a very light throttle.

Please advise on the possible reasons.

tell engine bhaiya dont hesitate,if u die,i wud giv u a new life
ya it need tuning or u need new plugs/wires......
