Engine in trouble.. plz help!!!

Assalam O Alaikum Guys,
Last days i was having problem in my generator(Alternator) of my Margalla,On Sunday i replace it but after changing generator my car has started Missing on Idle not on Acceleration and observing the Car is heating as compare to Past few Days....

Electrician have checked wiring,CNG setting has been checked,Carburetor pipes have checked,Air Filter all things are checked but still Missing on Idle!!!

I dont whats going on?? do u People have any Idea??
