Engine Oil Recommendations for Altis 1.6 2017 with 143,000 KM

Hi,

Ive got a 2017 Altis 1.6 model with 143,000 km on it. Can you suggest a good engine oil for a car thats been driven that much? Also, how often and after how many kilometers o r time should I change the engine oil? By the way, any recommendations for a place in Peshawar where I can get the oil changed?
