Engine Overhaul and No Initial Run

Hello Every Body
Guys my car engine need to be overhauled. But the Problem is i really cant do running. the car is randomly driven by my Mom, My Dad, My Bro, My driver and My Self. and this thing aside due to my father polite nature no matter what whoever ask for car to my father my father dont deny (As well as another car also driven randomly.).
Long story Short take my words. i gurantee no running will be done after overhauling. already few months ago we installed rings but due to poor running. car need to be overhauled again.
one suggestion is after overhauling keep the engine idle start (dont know for how long) will this method work? If so for how long should i kept engine running idle and with which fuel source cng or petrol?(For idle start)
waiting other suggestions if any.

Just get it overhauled. The concept of taking the car on a highway at high speeds cannot be applied to Pakistani cars...

Lahore is huge; each place will take you 30 minutes to get to. Your running would be no problem. You'd be able to complete the running pretty easily.
Which car is it??
