Engine Starts Knocking above 4800RPM till 7200RPM

Salaaamz,

The Block of the engine is the original one which comes with C95 i,e D15b3, The Head is swapped, its Vtec P08. The problem is that the starts knocking at around 5000RPM and till the cut off it keeps on knocking, which results in great Power Loss. Have checked with the distributor timing but still knock is heard and this annoys alot,

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of this knocking ??????
