Engine swap help

hey everyone,
i have had this in mind for over a month but the replies get me down...ive wanted to upgrade my mehrans engine for a long time but its a powerless, tuner UNFRIENDLY piece of junk.!..therfore if anyone could reccomend me a good engine to swap with, will that be better or to keep this rusty engine..keep in mind that i dont have a big budget so something that fits right in and isnt 4 times more heavy than the stock...please mention the reletive prices, parts availability, and engine specs...
ps..my budget ends at 26 K..i knoe its small but help is appriciated..

i think u should swap the same in again i mean to say buy a 2007 model mehran engine and install it in ur car this will be in ur budget and it will give u better result without any attraction in ur ride i dont know about Lahore engine market price but in karachi if u give ur mehran engine and buy an other of mehran then u have to pay 15K to 20K more and 5K for fitting ur engine in ur car.
