Engine vibrates like HELL!!!!!!

I have FF CNG cuore driven 5200 KM. Since after i started using AC on CNG , the engine started vibrating like crazy, specially on idling. I had it checked from toyota dealer, they adjusted the tepits and adjusted the CNG settings of the kit. It reduced the the vibrations but after a few weeks the problem worsened and engine has started vibrating again. Expert advice needed!!!!!
