Exi 2000 suggestions needed

hello everybody.
my 2000 exi has done only 28000 km uptil now n most of the time it has passed only standing under the porch...

wat do u suggest about its greasing, i m particularly saying of wheel greasing. but i asked the same question from honda 3s dealer, he said that they'll lubricate with oil so it'll be covered in that

so is it so?? or shoud i go for it???
