Experts Advice Required

My Car BALENO had a tareable phase of its life. In the bignning years it works to awesome but now, situation going worst. It Switched off in the middle of Traffic while its on speed. And when i put my feet on breaks its very jerky and then went off, And this would happened on both CNG n Petrol. The Most Annoying thing is that when it switched off, it would not switched on quickly, it will take several minutes and self to back on track.

Please advise me what do to ?
As i have shown my car to dozens of machanisns and still no one find out a clue what went wrong ?

Please Guide me, what to do ?
