Experts help 20v problem

help needed from 20v experts.....my 20v 7age has sum tuning problems...when i push the throttle the rpm stucks at 3000 and then goes to 8500.and when take my foot away thr is like an explosion from the muffler....am usig bosch four tip plugs...is thr any problem with the plugs...or the leads are grounded or is thr sum electrical problem..the rpm stucks for like a moment at 3000rpm and makes a brrrrrrr sound and then goes up.and yeah ther is a white smoke from thhe exhaust......or is thr a prob with the vvt pulley and tne engine mis fires..so plz help..

sorry bro yr engine outta my 20v domain here. as for me i never believe putting together 2 engines to make a new thing.

when i asked a Australian ex-pilot a fan of toyota motors some time back he said these type of setups have less life.
no offence but the guy who built the setup would know what he did.

reduce the fuel intake and see if explosion reduced and for rpm stuck that is ecu not getting correct reading.. seems something to do with ecu or sensor.
and wht smoke is a different problem indicator
