Experts Help: Engine Light & RPM problem

I am facing the following problem for the last 3 days.
1. My car's (Civic VTI, manual transmission and on CNG) engine light becomes ON after 5 minute drive and it remains ON till i switch off the car.
2. I have observed that the rpm also increases to around 1400-1500 after driving the car for 5 minutes or so and after that Check Engine lights becomes ON. However if i restart the car the check engine light goes OFF and rpm is also at 800-900.

is this behaviour is on petrol then you must check your car with authorize dealer to avoid major problem

just a quick check, remove the + wire of your batery for 10 min and then reconect again and if same problem appear u must check ur car with Authorize dealer
