Assume that if the treadwears of the front tyres are rotating in opposite direction of each other e.g: ( If right sided V Shaped tyre's rotation is upwards and the if the left sided V Shaped tyre's rotation is downwards ) .

What would be its effect on Car and Road Traction ????

Passenger and high performance car tires often have far more aggressive uni-directional tread designs, and thus running in a mixed or opposite direction of rotation may result in very bad traction and/or handling issues as well.
