F20b(Dohc Vtec),B16a B18b or NA mod D15B?

Hey guys,just wanted to ask u guys,which would be the best swap for a 94-95 Civic,F20b (Dohc Vtec) which I think has around 180-200hp and 189Nm OF Torque,B16a1-2 which has around 160hp or a b16a5 which is abt 180hp or a B18b which I can get for around 130-150k but I don't know its specs.Or should I go for a D15B Sohc vtec and modify that with NA mods?but i think mods would make it unreilable and not suitable for daily use.And yeah I would also change the suspension and brakes of the car IF i do the swap.

well for 94~95 civic, i will recommend you b16 series, as it fits with the minimal mods,
the best of the bunch is definitely b16b
