Final audio suggestion needed

Final audio suggestion needed

AOA,which option shuld i go for(my range is 15k-17k)

now only i need is woofer and amp(got new PIONEER pre and jbl gto937 speakers)

which amp and woofer shuld i go for best BASS?got many suggestions(somepeople and audio shopkeepers r saying install 2 subs with an amp
AND
some r saying go for 1 15 sub..it will produce more bass then 2 12)
and now i m finally going to install within next week,i have these options:-
1 12 woofer + amp supporting speakers too.
2 12 woofer + amp supporting speakers too.
1 15 woofer + amp supporting speakers too.

Plz quote some prices for the best combination system which is in my range
Wat if i go for 2 12 new woofers and high powered amp(solid audio...etc) 2nd hand amp from isb/rwp?
